You have the option of documenting this meeting in person or remotely.

If you choose to document remotely, please note that the meeting itself will be in person with a WebEx video/teleconference (details in the agenda) for remote public participation and thus may have low quality audio/visuals.

Never post a videoconference link directly on social media, as this can allow Internet bots or trolls to hijack the meeting. Instead, you can direct people interested in viewing the meeting to the ICJIA webpage or meeting agenda.

If you choose to attend in person, an additional hour will be added to your total assignment hours.

Parking will also be available in the east parking lot (the one with the flag poles). Each car will need to be buzzed into the parking lot and entry will have to take place before 3 p.m.

Enter the building through main entrance and sign in with front desk staff. The office closes to the public at 3 p.m. and the majority of staff are out of the office at that time, so all meeting attendees must be out of the building by 4 p.m.
