The Human Service Zone Board shall provide information to the ND Department of Health and Human Services (NDHHS) relative to community and resident needs and advocate to meet those needs. The Board shall review services and programs provided by the Human Service Zone and make recommendations for improvement in services, programs or facilities. The Board shall assist in efficiently coordinating and conducting human service activities within the Zone
