The time, location and purpose of the Special Committee for Ethics Complaint Investigations meeting are set forth below. The purpose of the meeting of the Special Committee for Ethics Complaint Investigations is to consider the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee or official. Please note that it is anticipated that the majority of the meeting will take place in executive session. The time, location and purpose of the meeting are set forth below. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss hospital trade secrets as defined by ORC 1333.61, to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee, and to conference with the public body’s attorney to discuss disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action. Please note it is anticipated that most of the meeting will take place in executive session. As part of this meeting, an executive session may be held to consider trade secrets as defined in R.C. § 1333.61 and for any other purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act.
