The Cultural Tourism Committee was established by the City Council and is represented by Deputy Mayor Allison Blackwell and Council Member Joy Lyndes.

The Cultural Tourism Committee meets on the first Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. at the Encinitas Civic Center. The Encinitas Civic Center is located at 505 South Vulcan Avenue, at the southeast corner of Vulcan Avenue and “D” Street, directly across from the Coaster Station.
