The Finance and Administration Committee oversees financial planning, budgeting, and administrative policies for the Helix Water District. It reviews matters such as investments, rates, contracts, and internal operations, providing recommendations to the Board of Directors to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficient management of district resources.
