The Illinois Board of Examiners (ILBOE) protects the public interest by evaluating academic credentials, approving candidates to sit for the Uniform CPA Exam, and issuing a certificate of CPA Exam Completion to individuals who pass the Uniform CPA Exam and the AICPA Ethics Exam.
