Vera Eliashevsky, Co-Chair of the Kyiv Committee, says that misinformation is due on part of Russian propagandists. The population of the Ukranian community is 200,000 strong.

When the Soviet Union dissolved, Ukraine had one of the 3rd largest collection of nuclear weapons, and their agreement to the Budapest Memorandum is significant to today's issues.
